My guess...Peltier...might be like the ones they call "Champion Jr"?

I was leaning toward Peltier but wasn't certain, would you call it a Clown or something else?

Not a Clown.

Usually just a Rainbo.

But as Felicia suggested, some might call it a Champion Jr.



A clown has red and yellow ribbons.

I agree this is a Champion Jr. Very clear from the color seams and stripes.
