That's a cut in half no longer flying snowman sticker on top of the box.
Don't know how it got there.

I've not seen a Cairo like the white-based one with orange and blue, top center. The others look okay to me. I also agree with Mon about the dark ones.

Ric, I agree that that one might be another mfg. Would need more pics but it doesn't look right for Cairo. mon

Finally remembered to look to see if I had any picture saved of box like that. Here's a couple pics of one from 2007 that someone posted (no idea who) but they ID'd it as Cairo box at the time.
