Going to go with Vitro Tri-Lite on that one.

Yes, I think that is also a Vitro Tri-Lite.

Plus, Akro sparklers generally have 5 or more colors.  There are similar marbles with fewer (and usually darker) colors that are Master sunbursts, but collectors usually call them sunbursts, and reserve the term sparkler for Akro.  There are some nice European sparkler-type marbles too, but those are not very common here . . .
