How Is The Weather Where You Live Today?

Recommended Posts

From what I saw on the weather today it looks like there's

another potential 'situation' for those in the Midwestern and Northeastern U.S.

Once again, I hope that the 'snow-loving fools' (said affectionately) Steph and

Ant get just the right balance of Nature's wrath to give them what they enjoy! ( :

Thanks for noticing Sarab. We have plenty of White Pines.

With a blend of other soft and hard woods deep in the snow.

This tall Hemlock Grove is one of our special spots.

Perfect for picnics, but not today !

Yes.

I enjoyed the 'like button' comment.

Because I sometimes forget that photos aren't just photos.

They're also a shared recording of 'reality' at a given time.

So Lloyd definitely gets the 'two pushes' for photos that can

be enjoyed as friends of his, but also as things that would

look really great on a high-class wall somewhere. ( :

Yes, we are very lucky to have a strong Bald Eagle population.

There are several nesting pairs in our area.

We can find an Eagle nearby almost every day.

The one pictured is right out our front door at the edge of our yard.

Our home is in the Upper Delaware Wild and Scenic Recreation Area.

The area is maintained by the National Park System.

In another hot spell, spring started way too early. Trees blooming, flowers blooming, it is crazy. Hopefully we get some rain and no cold spell.
