Vaseline Transparent Swirl With Red Ribbons

This one is 0.60" on a vaseline base. My thinking is that this isn't oxblood, or it is weak, or ox made by a company that didn't venture into this area much. Not strongly banded with darker striations in the red glass. Just not sure. And yep, this one is a uranium screamer! Thanks! John

I wish I had one. It's a pretty marble and an unusual combination of glass and colors. If I had seen any numbers of these, I would likely remember it, and I don't so . . . ? The only similar glass/color combo I can think of, and it's really not that similar to production examples, would be in an Akro Cherry Ade (I wonder if there are dug examples). Hopefully, someone else will recognize it.

Also, a thought, because of the other yellow one that was called a messed up cat's-eye (but a definitely different one) and the European slag, it might be possible that both this and the yellow one are some type of European swirl that we are just not that familiar with over here.

The Vaseline glass with red striping is unusual. It'd be a sweet Peltier Sunset. The bubbles are right but I think that's a fold and not a seam - and uranium glass? It also seems to have some furnace debris. Can't blame Bill for a little wistful thinking though, he loves those oddball Pelts. :)

It could be some kind of Euro swirl, I guess. I would like to see it in hand. Please let me know if you want to part with it - it's a pretty one.
