What is up with Ebay's Marble Listings???

Recommended Posts

This morning I went to see Marbles on Ebay as usual.

There is now only one section for marbles as apposed to pre-1970, post 1970 and hand made marbles.

What is worse...there are less than 100 total listings for marbles.

What the heck did they do now???

I am getting errors in the app too. Checked some other categories and they worked fine.

They have certainly changed  something, but I am finding about the same number of listings, a bit fewer maybe but  close. Might take some figuring out of the best way to search. And it seems they did away with suggestions, as I searched there were always a list of companies or different search phrases I could click on and that seems to be gone.

A couple of listings I had in my watch list come up without a category. Hopefully it's a temporary issue...

Maybe this was their solution to getting complaints about miscategorized items.

It's seems to me that they have tried to streamline the category by moving some of the subcategories to the item specifics

heres what ya do... call them, and request an email be sent to category specialists. seriously I just finished talking to them here's the ebay # just say no one time passcode.. they just put all marbles into one lump listing and its not even under vintage toys. so toy R us is what you will have to wade thru. they did tell me that voices count!

I use collectors weekly web site to check ebay auctions. They use thumb nail pictures with links to the items. you can check high bids, most watched, ending soon and completed auctions.
