West Virginia swirls

Odds say Alley or Ravenswood.  Small chance of other company for, say, #1.  Such as Heaton or Cairo Novelty.

 

I'd put them in a West Virginia Swirls group on ebay and whatever you get for them is gravy.  (They're commons, but vintage, so they could be worth something, but don't be surprised if you get less than a quarter each.)

(edit: Unless some are bigger than average, in which case you might be able to work that feature into your description and get a little more for them.)
