I got a good look at this banana cat (?) after I took a few pics. Doesn't Peltier make those?

I love the black line running along the outside.... (Barbed wire??)....LOL.

Yes, Peltier made bananas. 

Master also made bananas, and there are banana-like marbles from Asia.

Is there any tint to the base glass?  


I like the ones with that little extra in 'em.  I don't know if it's debris ... or if it's something which was used in creating the color... or ?

The base glass in this one is clear. I had this one filed back away from my other bananas because it is more "sloppy" that the others I have. My others are DEFINITELY bananas.... they have a good banana shape. 

Steph, you ruined my day when you said Master made bananas and some came from Asia also.... I thought I had bananas filed into a "one maker" category.....LOL. The bubbles in the glass on the one above seems to set it aside from my other bananas. (Asia maybe?)

Oh well, the learning experience goes on....

Peltier below?

With the crystal clear base glass, it's a good bet it's American. 

Also, I'm sure Peltier made waaaaaaaay more of the distinct banana-shaped ones than Master, so by the odds I say go ahead and put it with your Peltiers!   


I'm trying to find some pix of the colors Master used.

Here's a bag of cats @ManofKent posted.  It has the soft shade of blue I associate with Master.   If you see a black banana and it looks American-made, assume it is Master.
