V E R Y tough call. I've had ones similar to T R Y and fix and all of the outside damage fell off into a pile! Of course it messed-up the interior swirls. I had permission to "play" if it couldn't be repaired. What I did was to peel off the remaining damage that didn't fall off by itself and punty up opposite sides and re-twist in a different direction making an entirely different design in the interior. It turned out ok and my customer liked what I did. But as it looks, it probably will never be the same as it was originally.
