I remember going into Woolcos- which was a large department store (like a Walmart) owned by Woolworths back in late 1960s and seeing a huge aisle of marbles in bags (thousands of bags). I went back twice and ended up buying about a thousand Allreds (the light brown line swirly type of Allreds and weak colored red patches), cage style catseyes, and clearies. I still have a lot of theose marbles Ron but the colors are not as intense as they made earlier and later in Vitro Agate life...
