It doesn't impress me as Veiligglas but I do wonder about a Vacor possibility - I don't know those very well. We need @akroorka to take a look at it. Transparent base glass with a single other color.They are more of a swirl than a cateye. The Vacor web site appears to show a blue one with some white involved.
