So, I've had a PayPal account for a while now which I've never used, but now I expect to need to use it real soon. I figured that you people here would be able to help me out better than anyone else. My main questions are, "Do I have to have a balance on my PayPal account in order to send funds, or will PayPal automatically withdraw it from my bank account? And if I want to add money to my PayPal account, how long does that take?" Any other info/tips that you want to throw out there would be appreciated as well, since I have no idea of the process involved when using PayPal.

I took a trip to Florence, CO for my first time in a little over a year and found this at a store there! It was near the bottom of one of several cookie tins they had filled with marbles (I sure had some fun sorting through all of those hundreds of marbles). I initially recognized it as a lemonade oxblood, but when I was on my way home I realized that it corks too. That was a nice surprise! Not a bad buy for $3, eh?

The least interesting type of handmade is generally thought to be the coreless swirl.

I would have do disagree with you there. The handmade clearies and opaques have to be least interesting. Anyone got any pictures of interesting examples of these?

Here's the closest thing I've got: a green clearie with a pair of helix bubbles in the middle.

Hmm... could someone give me a description of a Peltier swirl? I don't think I had ever heard of them until just now.

I don't know what is Josh talking about, but you got some vintage mixed marbles there. The Popeye looks a little larger than the rest of the group, which is nice. I can see some nice old Vitros there, some Peltier Rainbos, and some Akros. Nice group.

I talking about the marbles she said appeared to be ball bearings from a distance! I can actually recognize those. They're right in the middle. The scanner made them look like plain clearies.

I think I know what those are. I can't exactly tell you who made them (probably Vacor), but I do know that that type of marble is fairly common. They should be just simple clearie marbles that have a very oily sheen to them. (I called them oilys when I played with them on the playground.) They don't have any real value to collectors (I don't think), because I think you can still buy them at Toys R Us.
