Some are made to deceive. Some are made for profit reasons but not with an attempt to deceive. Some are made as tributes or simply as a nice place to keep one's marbles.

I have seen certain boxes that have CA marbles in them and then the same box same graphics for a different company.

Marble fantasy boxes and bags - What was the reason behind this and did different compaines ever use the same box with the same graphics that didnt support there logos or names..Say CA and Akro for example.

Hello everyone! I won these two lots on ebay last night and was just wondering if you guys think they are what I think they are? I believe they are both lots of Navarre transitionals!?!?!?!? I have my fingers crossed!

I cannot really tell from my computer the pics are dark.

I know that these were distributed sometimes through other companies but i never have seen any packaging with the Navarre name,or what kind of packaging,Boxes,bags? Still learning here.Anyone have any pics of such,And can i use them.Bruce

Hi Bruce, I'm over in Lexington and have a pretty good group of melted sigle pontil slags most navarre and barberton. Here is a pic of a case with several plus some ground pontil slags. Give me a shout and get together if you'd like.

Well guys i guess im the stupid one this time.I won the bid on the marble in question.I never trusted pics to much and still learning the ropes on somethings.Its a long road to travel,Im not to familure with some of ebays fakers yet.I guess im gonna see the thing close up now.If the marble is a fake it will be the first time ive been had.Some people you just cannot trust.I mess around with arrowheads and such and been doing that for 35 years and they also have them fakers out there.Think i need to show up here more often.And get some friends going here.

Ive read the post here and i will say this to everyone.I dont have any connection with this guy other than i won the bid on the marble.I used the pic he had because i won the bid and have been messing around for a banner for the site.I do live in Louisville,Ky and started the marble club to learn myself and have other involved around the area that also want to learn and enjoy the hobby.

I myself cannot get enough of it being back in it again.I hope all will join that want to.I guess im out the 71.00 now. Have a laugh on me guys.See ya Bruce
