Hi , yes , more photos may help . It does look like a Lobed Solid Core marble . $ is based on it's size and condition . Lets assume it's about a 1" or more based on it's relative size comparison next to the other 2 marbles that are probably 5/8" or so on average . It looks like a mint condition and based on books and eBay , would bring in $100. to $200. in an auction format . Wanna sell it ?
