    I picked these out of a box of marbles. I believe they are some kind of clay marbles. Also there is one little Steelie in there. The Steelie has a bit of rust on it, should I clean that off of it or is it better to leave it as it is?

    You rock thanks for the info.. I have another one similar to the atmosphere marble but this one has a black glob in the middle of it all. There are about the same size. Do you think this also might be one?

    Hi again. Here's a few more marbles I have these are all larger marbles about 1 1/2 inches. Appreciate the help guys n gals.

    Is it the texture you can see on the white and yellow ones that make you say that?

    Thanks Steph I really appreciate your help.. Curious about those you mentioned above how can you tell the difference between makers. In person they do all look really similar.. These particular marbles are all about an inch and half.

    Okay sorry bout the massive amount of marbles in my other posts. Here is a few marbles that I've been curious about the most. I made collages of the different angles I have for each marble. So each set is of one marble only. The first two are about the size of a regular marble. The last one is about an inch and half.

    Sorry I didn't think the first one went through right so I decided to make a few collages. Sure I delete my threads and just start over with a few marbles in each one?

    Hi I'm new to the marble scene and I have a pretty good amount of marbles I believe would be of interest to somehow out there. Ive been interested in lampworking as far as beads are concerned so I do have some knowledge on the actual process of handmaking the marbles but that has not really helped with the identifying or determining the value of the marbles Ive recently acquired during an estate clean out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've looked at so many pictures of marbles it's got my head spinning.. I'm going to post a handful at a time. I have many photos of each one so if you'd like more photos of anything let me know.
