Hello and thank for accepting me. New member here who knows absolutely nothing about marble collecting, so please bear with me. We are hobby sellers of various antiques and collectables and we had accumulated quite a stash of marbles from various auctions. I thought it might be a nice idea to turn some solitaire boards from bits of old walnut, so that they could be used and decorative - results attached. But before offering these for sale, I'm wondering whether any of these marbles might be of any collectable interest? I have no indication of age, but it appears that at least a few of them are hand made. I have browsed a few collector's websites but it is an absolute minefield for a beginner! Does anyone have any thoughts on whether they might be of interest and could you please suggest where I might go for any further research? Thanks in anticipation, Clive.
