  1. I remember watching the blues brother so many times as a youngster! Those were the good old days! Gotta love some fruit cocktail! I wonder how many people know that a Blue Angel was named after the flying Jets? Not the Holy type of angel lolololol

  2. I like the name. No one seems to question a good pelt name but try to name an alley or a newer marble king marble, master or any other and boy howdy people will sure take offense! Personally I don't think it will have the same staying power as some of the older pelt names but glad that people see that marbles can be named without harming anyone. Kind of an older film niche, not much appeal for newer collectors. Good name though in my opinion but how many younger people will get the reference?

  3. Hi Joe! We haven't talked to my knowledge but Welcome! And I must say I am quite intrigued about these Honey Amber Nanners! I am a lover of all marbles great and small and clearly you are enthusiastic about the Mibs. Did you name the Honey Amber Banana?

  4. Hi Everyone. I probably know several of you on here. I have been selling for a few years now and have a true appreciation for all kinds of mibs. Sometimes I go hog wild with naming and people get upset and then I have to cut back. I have noticed for a while now Peltier Collectors have gone "out of control" lol with names. I really think this comes from a lot of people being passionate about different types and having fun with naming them. I don't have a problem with this at all. I also like to name marbles sometimes but I will always put an ASTERIX * in the title by the name with an explanation. I will be pairing down the naming over the next couple months so it does not get too confusing over which names I came up with and which ones are VETTED marble names and have been generally accepted by marble collectors. As with all things, there are changes, and keeping marbles current and relavent to new collectors has it's place along with old classics that will never "get old" so to speak. There are also some rare cases where if I find a marble name offensive or not okay to say I will call it something different but still reference the old name in the body of the listing.

Anyway I know how it can be when marble sellers "go rogue" and this is not my aim. Looking for constructive feedback and input from people willing to be kind and understanding with criticism and Learning. I firmly believe we can begin to see eye to eye if we don't already, with a little understanding and cooperation :)
