Because the ribbons are entirely on the interior and not the exterior, making it a bit different from the Vacors and others, I’m beginning to wonder if it might just be a glass lamp finial LOL

So I was helping my aunt with some yard work when I found this in her yard. She was kind enough to let me take it as a parting thank you gift. I thought it might be a wire pull, but the line is quite thin. Also, it is iridescent like a soap bubble. Rather pretty and around 1.25” wide. Any help identifying further is greatly appreciated!
