Is this another one or damage but this more melted/grinded or damage picture difficult to see due to colour of marble

So I know this is a peltier it was confirmed by some one but what I want to know is this a old dragon/ flaming dragon and if it is why I find this type when I search it

Ive only been new to collecting marbles can I just get more info on this one not in the best condition. But I don’t nothing about it maybe type value machine made or hand gathered ect 

Or value this just a estimate between this marble is mint
