Hi Boris. Thanks for your info. I know very little about marbles. I'm going to the Portland, Oregon marble show this Saturday. Hopefully, I can get some more insight into the terns and the marbles identies/manufacturers. Is it best to separate them by color and style, ie, swirls, ribbons or by size??? What is an mcr? And I don't think I can take all of them, there's 473. Any suggestion, greatly assists my anxiety! Thanks!

Thanks Chad! Thanks for the info. Any in particular that stand out for 3-4 individual views. I ask because this was only 191 of the 473 my dad played with as a kid. He did not collect any beyond then. Lots of work to do!

These marbles were my father's. He was born in 1931 and most likely acquired them in the late 30s to early 40s at the latest. Any help is appreciated.
