I looked it up. It’s super cool.

I used to collect shells, fossils, rocks, minerals and beach glass then got into the fluorescent ones. Then started to find beach marbles while hunting for beach glass which led to collecting marbles. I also collect glass, coins and insulators. Here’s a pic of some of my fluorescent rocks and beach glass.

It's a banded iron formation (BIF) stone sphere. Tiger's eye would only have yellow bands that are chatoyant.

Hi @akroorka I researched it, they're calling these painted clays. The eyes are not like the Benningtons. My question is, are these still considered antique?

The thinner ribbon is connecting the ends of the wider ribbon, are the seams too close to each other or those are not seams? 5/8”

Last 2 pics backlit. There’s some kind of cobalt blue swirl in the inside of this one. 19/32”

Are there glazed clays that are not Benningtons? Also, are there glazed clays that have colors other than the natural clay color?

So it’s only a painted or dyed clay? Were these painted or dyed as a hobby?

I’ve only seen blue and brown but not purple. 0.58” I also know there are the green fancy ones. Do Benningtons come in all colors?

Patch almost covers 2/3 of the marble. No clue on what it is. 0.61”

I'm not familiar with Vacor either. All I know is sometimes it's got an orange peel surface.
