You’re not crazy, this really does have all the hallmarks of a Jabo. The glass looks modern, the polish is very clean, and that layered, wispy blue-on-blue swirl with soft feathering is something Jabo was especially known for in their experimental runs. The pattern lacks the tighter control you’d expect from older machine-made swirls, and the color palette feels very late-90s to early-2000s Jabo. I’d comfortably call this a large Jabo swirl unless proven otherwise.
