I am very new to marbles in general…. I found this beauty in a locker I purchased about 2-3months ago. Google and even Ai can’t seem to provide any concrete results so I’m turning to the experts.
The marble is 1 11/32” in diameter. It does have a very slight contact mark. And though I do know what pontil marks look like on other genres of art glass, I think my eyes might be playing tricks on me because it does appear there’s a mark on one of the poles.(end where the ribbons reach closest to the exterior)
long story…. I’d appreciate any help anyone can provide on this one? I would also like to add that I am NOT a collector so if you have interest in adding this piece to your collection I’m happy to entertain offers.
