Brushed cat eyes?? .6 and .62 Vacor?

Yet another marble I’ve never seen the likes of.  These buggers were hard to get a good photo of. Transparent (tiny bubbles base). Opaque white brush over almost entire outside and then this curious little cat eye business in the middle. Some are just orange and some are red and orange and vary in thickness. The oddballness said Vacor to me but I couldn’t find an ID to corroborate?? So I turn to the experts  (the last picture is another one in the little group I have)

Thanks! I was thinking that because of the brush strokes but the middle cat eye just threw me off.
