Linda Gail Posted August 12, 2023 Report Share Posted August 12, 2023 I have had problems with this too in the past. Where I know I have cropped them in the photo gallery. It would always do that I ended up factory resetting my phone. Before doing that go into your photo galler, edit and crop your picture. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

How do I make it smaller? I used a photo editing application and made it smaller by resizing that way (are you doing it from phone or computer?)
