Another Joseph's coat or Onionskin?

I had been thinking this was an onionskin, but there are gaps in the skin, so another that is actually a Joseph's coat? The gaps in the skin are smaller than the one in my last post, but they definitely show. This one also has much more classic onionskin colors than the classic Joseph's coat. And again, a faceted pontil.

Looks like an onion skin to me. It appears to have a yellow skin under the applied color and it’s cased in clear.
