This is one of my favorite marbles, the lipstick red is a fantastic red!
I don't know of any manufacture or collector names for Kokomo's.  According to the AMMM book Kokomo produced Opaque Black, Patched & Ribboned, Patched Opaque's, Patched Transparents, Ribboned Opaque's, Ribboned Translucents, Ribboned Transparents and Transparents.
