I do not think it is glass. The surface is not smooth like glass and it's a bit lighter for it's size

Im am pretty sure not Vacor. This lot was all vintage and antique and Zero Vacors. Thanks!

The flecks are not just on the outside. You can see they are layered underneath through parts of it.
