It's a nice Vienna Vitro - basically, an early Victory, IMO.
Great! Thanks Ric. Vitros seem to follow me home for some reason 🙂

I would not call this one an Akro.
This one reminds me--color wise of some of the "Newer MK's". Such as the " Painted Turtles".
This one may just be a darker one imho.
It does look like"softer glass" with the little hit marks that we all associate with Jabo "Classics".
Of course, I always appreciate more opinions and hope to see some more😁.
Marble on !!
Thanks for the input! I do see the color similarities to the MK "Painted Turtles" you mentioned.

I'm going to guess Jabo for this one. Size is 5/8"

I appreciate the input. This is definitely an odd one. In hand I almost can't see the color ribbon until I shine some light on it. I'm my head I ruled out Jabo based on how uniform the ribbon/patch is. It travels around the circumference of the marble nearly perfectly centered but not quite meeting at the ends. But I'm learning that just about anything is possible with marbles.

It may be your camera and the way the light is hitting... the chip looks like the color is on the surface... like most oxblood
It's definitely on the surface

I've seen plenty of oxblood and I know for sure that the OP marble is not oxblood. Do you have a good example on a marble? If not, PM your address and I'll send you some.
I appreciate that offer Ric. I do have a few good examples. Seeing some of the lighter examples had me reaching on this marble.

I think lighting might have a lot to do with the way that oxblood looks, either that, or it's just a poor example of oxblood.
Here is a couple more I pulled off Marble Alan's page. I figured I was reaching with this one but there is some lighter examples out there. I own some nice darker oxblood and of course they don't look my op. Wishful thinking haha.

Oxblood a very distinct and fairly consistent. That's not to say there isn't some variation, but this is not oxblood. If you've seen someone call something even close to salmon-colored oxblood they were just making stuff up, which happens quite a bit actually, especially on EBay.
You just need to get a good example of it in hand and you'll never forget it.
Here is an example of the lighter color I was speaking of Ric. I've seen other lighter color examples as well.
