  1. Another list for Akro Agates is here 'HTF Prize/2 color corks' just scroll a was down it'll be a screenshot I think it was.
  2. I added more photos that I already had if you need closer or better I'll snap some.
  3. Thanks for the correction and education on that guys.
  4. Only Info I can give is researching each company. A chart would be nice but it would have to be on what information is actually out there (statistically speaking not historically accurate) if that makes sense. There are wonders still being unearthed from factories that are not mainstream.
  5. Irrelevant but that last oxblood CAC is awsome despite the damage. New here so take my opinions lightly. Last one what I would believe to be Christensen Agate 9. I may be wrong but would love to have it.
  6. When moving in there were signs of it being a private day care. Don't know how far back that went. Oldest arial map i could find was 1956, which photo technology wasn't too great and with tree overgrowth made it impossible for me to tell what structure was here. I'm thinking a livery stable in the late 1800's (when the town was established) to 19--? because of horse tac and wagon parts I've found. The 1909 and 1915 Sanborn fire maps unfortunately only show right at my property boundary. Another main reason for thinking it was originally livery stables besides the multiple artifacts was the smell of manure while land leveling lol.
  7. Thank you sir. A young(45) newbie here but all about those lovely west virginians and of course the german handmades . No interest collecting the modern, 50's+ but wanting to learn them just the same. I had a couple marbles from younger days that were not thought much of just acquired some how. Three years ago I bought a house on an old lot in town and while land leveling the yard these round colorful beauties kept popping up everywhere and after researching I was hooked. Pelts, Vitros, Christensens, Akros but surprisingly no Masters... yet lol. All players that kids from long ago have dropped or lost. Also jacks (the 50's to 60's not the early large ones) little girl glass hair brets that were basically marbles with a hole through them among other kids odds and ends. Out of the hundreds of marbles I've unearthed so far non have been bobby dazzlers but to me priceless. Best I would say a Peltier NLR Liberty no marks of being played a five color Akro Popeye that was played religiously unfortunately a 1 inch dark brown Bennington.. corkscrews an auger a ghost ect. ect.
