This group of marbles I recently purchased had tons of old pelts in it. I didnโt find any modern marbles in the lot but Iโve been wrong with many of these so maybe. I think Peltier as well but some of these are really unusual. I really appreciate all the help. I have so many Iโm going to sell some but I canโt pick which ones to sell or keep. ๐. I will post more if you want to help. Best, Trent

I missed on the first try how about this one? Copperhead?
DRCtrent replied to DRCtrent's topic in Marble I.D.'s
Man, I am having issues trying to find a Copperhead in my marble collection. ๐ I will continue the search and I am happy I asked. Thanks for all of your help -
Thanks for the help. I will continue my search for the scout.

I do think the seams look like a pelt but Iโve never seen one like this one. Maybe a Vitro or Maybe a Pelt. Regardless I decided this one is staying in my collection. If listing it on EBay is going to make a 20 year collector so made that he wants to stop collecting, I will be selfish and keep it for myself. ๐. Itโs hard enough trying to let these beauties go anyway.

I am pretty sure this is a Cubscout. These are a little beat up but still awesome. ๐ Oh, I am correct about this marble correct?

I need to redeem myself. I believe this one is a copperhead. Am I correct his time or wrong again? Thanks for helping.

I guess I made a stupid mistake but I really thought the seams looked like Peltier and the colors like a copperhead. I was told I am completely wrong and that this was easy to tell that it is a Vitro. Is this a Vitro? Sometimes marbles are super difficult even when I think I have them down. ๐ Was this a dumb mistake. I went back and studied the seams section again. Let me know what you think please. This is 5/8"

What do I call a Peltier with a chunk of something under the glass?

I love the crud because it makes the marble unique to me. I have been seeing many rainbos getting names. Would this one be considered a unique rainbo but not a dragons eye? Hard to keep up with all of the new interest lately. -

This is larger at .67โ and is beautiful. I havenโt seen pink on many pelts. What do you all think? Is this one a keeper for me?

This is a beautiful Marble. At first I thought Alley but I looked at some of the Peltier Red Zebras and this looks similar. The size is .64" I picked up a large lot of marbles from an old timer this week and this lot has a ton of Pelts. Anybody know if this is a red zebra or something else? Thanks for any help I really appreciate your help. Trent

I looked through the HTF Peltier Marbles and I could not find a name for this one. What do you think of Lemon Meringue Pie. ๐ If this is a pelt the name sure fits. lol

I think you are correct. Thanks Ric! -
However, this is the correct size for a Champion. I will look over the Champion marbles again. Thank you, Trent

Not a Raven it is too big for one. I am learning quickly. ๐ Must be an Alley

Large .84" 27/32" I think an Akro Sparkler but maybe Master or other?
DRCtrent replied to DRCtrent's topic in Marble I.D.'s
This one looks really nice in person. I agree with you about Master as well but you guys know way more than I do. I really appreciate your help. Iโm trying to decide which ones to keep for myself but Iโm having a hard time selling any of them. ๐ Itโs so hard letting go but I want to buy more. lol -

Thanks Ric -
This is one of the most beautiful marbles. The detailed swirls diving into the marble so clearly and a couple red worm holes. Is this a Ravenswood, Heaton or Alley?
