  1. I have a handful of these that all look similar. I am going to take some time to clean one if them off and try to get better pictures if the markings. This is the first I've heard about porcelain marbles. Where they made at the same time as glass/clay type stuff? That's is really blowing me away, and I can't believe how much fun I'm having playing with marbles Thanks again!
  2. It seems to match some online searches called Robins egg. I thought it was a helmet. I'm so confused
  3. This looked like a black swirl marble. When I added some stronger light, it appears the base is purple. Not sure what I have here.
  4. Thank you for all your time today. I appreciate you commenting on my posts when I have a good day hunting.
  5. Not sure at all on this one. Thanks!
  6. I know, I'm making stuff up now.... I think it's a Vacor anyway
  7. Very nice swirling on this one. Glows nicely. I've seen similar called Grasshopper. Am I close?
  8. Hope I found another Alley here
  9. I had a great day hunting today, and have a few to post for you. I am guessing this is a modern common, but I have to be sure. It's really nice looking
  10. Now we're getting crazy....lol
  11. Now you're just trying to confuse the Canadian guy! Lol
  12. That pictures really helps me see the "Helmets" here. The deeper I dive into this, and the more focused I become, it seems it gets more diverse and specific. Thank you to great members like you to take your time to school us new guys. Very much appreciated you
  13. Akro Patch or Akro Helmet? It seems divided
  14. Thank you. That will at least point me in a direction!
  15. Damn....but great. Thank you
  16. These are different then most in my boxes. Not sure if they are modern stuff
  17. Nice chocolate colour. Pelt?
  18. Hey friends, I have some questions about Oxblood. It seems everyone wants it, and a lot misidentify it. What is it? Is it just a colour, or is it actually Oxblood used in the colouring process? Why is is so sought after? Any info will be awesome! Thanks!
  19. Nice looking clays. Don't think they are Benningtons. .06
  20. Doesn't appear that light shines through this one
  21. Are German hand made glass the same time frame as the clays? More or less prevalent?
  22. Thank you again for your explanation. I just made an assumption, because these were with all the clays I bought, so thought they were better then Imperial
  23. I've been so focused on my clays, I've neglected so other cool looking things. I have about 8 of these, all similar. Alleys?
