I bought an unsearched barn find today.  Lots of swirls, a ton of catseye shooters, and a few interesting ones.  This is one of a few I'll be posting

Looks like a gaming marble, like for Chinese checkers 

They look like gaming marbles.  Don't Azurites have swirls?
