What that means is that it operates like an Ebay auction, except that each lot will not close until no bid has been received for 10 minutes after the closing time on December 7. This way, bidders cannot be sniped. This auction consists of 203 lots from six consignors. Included are another 100+ items from the Joe Rocco collection, and a number of marbles and related items salvaged from The Marble Wreck shipwreck described in the book "Wreck Alley III".
