  1. Yes Steph that is a jasper, just got that one yesterday and I have never seen one like it before. Let me say that it looks even better in person the wide bands really catch and hold your eye. Here is a pic of a few marbles that I am sending off to leroy to have restored one of them is a first off or a end of day and again I found these while digging for bottles. I put a pic of some of the newer glass marbles I find in the first foot or so.
  2. Here a few handmades that I have found while digging for bottles in the past few months
  3. I was wondering how much you guys charge for reconditioning marbles ? Is it a set fee or does it depend on the condition of the marble. I am a bottle digger who finds alot of marbles in the privys we dig and those marbles have been in the ground for over a 100 years and sometimes well over a 100 years so to say the least they have some issues. Here are a few that I dug this week. I would love to hear your opinions and your advise as too what I should do with these marbles. Thanks Greg......
  4. And a few of the bullseye agate....this is about 1.25 in
  5. Here are a few pics of the blue & red one.......Thanks for looking....
  6. Thanks Steph, I will break the group of glass machine made marbles down into smaller group photos.......
  7. And last but not least my favorites......
  8. And some German handmades.........Most were dug but a few were bought.......
  9. Sorry for the double......If anyone would like to see close ups of any one of these just let me know....Thanks Greg
  10. Here are some of the marbles that I have found while digging for bottles this year so far. I would really like some help with the glass machine made marbles because I really have no clue when it comes to trying to ID them. And a added note that when we dig these privys we usually do not find any machine made marbles down in the privy they are mostly found in the first 6 inches of the soil. The German swirls do come from down in the privy.....
