There isnt any as far as i can make out. Apart from my friend in Arundel and Sam who does the mib champs over here. So if anyone does bump into any UK collectors on other sites, i would be interested to talk to them.

Hi All. Some of you already know me on here from a while ago.Or from another site. Ive had to take time out to try and sort my life out after loosing most of what i had. Im still in a nomans land at the moment, so am going to take the chance to try and sort out my mib collection. I will warn you all that my ID skills are pretty bad, due to a lack of books and being over here in the UK doesnt help. Am hoping that with all of your help i can get some of my mibs IDd which will give me the in hand mibs to help me ID some for myself.

I swaped 2 German Blue and White wirepulls for these. They are offcuts from the Rick and Steve Davis workshop. I think i did ok out of it.

Hi there all. It deffo would be so good if Chris could find his way to the tournament. As there should be atleast 3 more of us marble collectors there. Maybe if he can stay this way for a couple of days, I could take him down and show him the marble shop my friends got. So if you out there Chris PM me. look vacor to me to. The blue one is a blue ice. The big one in middle is a Rainbow not sure if one bottom right is an old fashion or not.

I like the little group of handmades. The big one in the middle has same colour ribbons round as second mib in my pic mine is 1 1/2inch the big one is just 2inch

Thank you all for your comments and encouragement. I have problem with getting pics of larger groupes of mibs down to under the 425kb limit for the forum.Will keep trying though.

Hi there everybody. As you all know. Ive been posting lots of pics for you all to try to id for me.I have managed to sort quite a few of my vitros and some pelts. I am trying to get the hang of a new camera hence my pics are a bit sketchy, and i havnt got the hang of getting pics of groups of mibs onto the forum to show you all how im doing.Here is a pic of a couple of pelts i have Id myself. Will post some more pics of my pelts, vitros to show you. Also have a collection of hand mades and non glass mibs if anyone interested in seeing any pics of them to. Hi there everyone. Ive just been looking around some sites. I have come across some mibs on the marbles galore site under champion agate.THey are at the top of the second page and are purple swirls.They look a lot like the purple euro swirl that i have.The one in the pic tht joe posted for me dated 28th october. I only put it in with others in pic becouse they looked same. So please have a look and let me know what you think. Sorry no pic atatched to this,as still cant upload pics to forum. thanks. peter

HI there fellow collectors ( mibologists ) My name is peter and im a new member from the uk. Ive been collecting marbles on and off for many years now, just for their look and individuality. I have bought a couple of books in the past to try to get some idea of what i have been bying. But up until recently i havnt had anybody over here who apreciates marbles to talk to ( apart from a brief incounter with the late paul williams)so i havnt been to bothered with iding any. I have now found a good friend not so far away that has the same passion for mibs as me. He has kicked me into finding out what we have got and maybe do some byeing,selling or traiding if we have anything of interest to any of you. All i can say is. What a subject and how complex it is. What isnt helping is that we have so many german marbles that look so much like mibs from usa, and there seems to be a big lack of any info on german machine mades.I have been having a look at this forum for a couple of weeks now, and thanks to joe street who has posted some pics of some of my mibs for me, that i have taken the plunge and joined. I must say a big thank you to all of you who have taken the time to have a look at the pics and for the comments and help that you have given ie euro 8s. Even though they seem to throw up even more questions than i had before. I have managed to identify some of my marbles already and seem to have a quite a veriety of vitros, victories, conquerers, all reds and some very nice cosmic rainbows both small and shooter size. I have id some pelts as well, all rainbows of one sort or other,have named some sunsets and prob a couple of transitionals to( baseballs and euro 8s yet to be sorted). i have some marble king rainbows from the 70s some akro some new jabbo pee wees. And the list seems to get bigger. I am having some problems with downloading any of my pics myself until i can get to see my fellow mibologist who is far better with computers than me.And can find out were im going wrong. I will sign off now, so not to bore you all to much.I hope that you will all be as helpfull as you have already been. Pete

hi like all the vitros. I have many vitros in my collection here in england.Victories conquerers and have just id some cosmic rainbows in my collection as well. Will try to get some pics posted soon
