I think it's dirty, but would love to see some lutz.

The green onion is around 1 3/4" I think. They are not that sick, no major chips or cracks. The larger Lats are not as lucky, they have more chips.

Thank you Beth for posting the pictures. That was a great collection of Peltiers and thought others would enjoy seeing them. Like you, I too was surprised when I saw the size and condition. If you decide to get some of your mortgage payment back. Let me know. T.C

I see I could'nt fool anyone with my carpet ball. Maybe next time.

Picked this up today, thought it was interesting, the size is 3 3/8" ..... and solid. The bad thing is, someone ground a spot on the other side and inserted a small metal rod to hold it on a display. Has anyone seen one before? Thanks, MMM

It looks like it sold for 97K in Sept. -
He and another old feller was telling me how they were the best marble shooters in the area (Cincinnati, Ohio) as children. I asked if he had ever had any orig. boxes of marbles, he said he was a poor kid, and poor kids couldn't afford to buy the boxes. He won all that he had. Said he hated steelies, they tore the hell out of his marbles. I could see the gleam in their eyes as they were talking back and forth telling me about their shooters, it was allmost like they were kids again.
