  1. Wow I agree very interesting
  2. I have three threads in the ID forum all three are relative to what one person has replied to as European sparkler marbles I was wondering who made these and was there a certain time period these were made around I picked them up at an Estate sale I have picked them out of a box that contained all kinds of marbles from German hand made to what looks like clear glass marbles but these certain ones I have pictured in the ID forum are really neat and I havent seen many of them listed on Ebay are they scarce or just tossed to the side? Thanks again guys , Ryan95
  3. Thats too funny I myself have not been collecting long but I have also a few boxes that I catch hell for whats really funny is there so heavy only I can move them.
  4. It seems there are mixed feelings here I was just curious wanted to know what a seasoned collectors thoughts were Thanks for all the replies as Mike said the value of one of our grandchildren looking through our collections is quite valuable in itself and I think Jabo has some really cool marbles well I guess they seem to have a great deal of color and variety of color well Thanks again take care, Ryan
  5. Hello to all I am new to the hobby and buy a lot of marbles on Ebay I love the JABO Marbles especially the new ones I was wondering if in ones opinion in the future if the Jabo's will ever appreciate in value like the antique marbles of today It seems that I have picked up just a bit on the hobby and as I cruise Ebay I see thousands upon thousands Jabo lots of older ones it seems not that it is important I honestly love the new Jabo marbles but just curious as some of them are 10.00 a piece or more Thanks, Ryan
  6. I have read about coin collectors thinking about the same thing my opinion is Make a list of some resources that can guide the ones that will be dealing with your collection Value, Types, Makers, or encourage them to hold on to them until your grandchildren can appreciate them if not leave them with some information on where and how to maximize unloading your collection. On the other hand when the time is right sell them yourself that way you know they will be passed on to other collectors to preserve and enjoy then you can use the money to do with what you please.
