Are all these classed as Cats Eye Hybrids .... If not , how do you tell ? .... Do they come in all makers of Cat's Eye marbles ?

Odd. I'm not sure in that photo.

Does the whiter area of the marble trace a circle around the middle as your roll it around in the light?

It is so small ... hard to get a good picture ... for me anyway ... here is one more .... The whiter area does go all the way around ... and actually fills one third of the marble completely ....

What is the color of these brown ones called ? ... Last picture is Rock Marbles ... are they marbles and if so ... what are they called ?

Yes, very pretty.

I think the first one might be a Christensen Agate.

The last two are Akros. The middle marble is an Akro Popeye. The bottom one is an Akro Oxblood. I _think_ it might be the kind called a Silver Oxblood. And it's a SUPER marble.

1 is SUPER ...but having 2 is ... SUPER DUPER !!!!

My votes are Jabo Classic for the first two and Vacor for the third. (The frosted look says "Vacor" to me ... either Vacor or a marble which has spent some time in an aquarium.)

Sorry about all the marbles in the pictures ... these belong to a local fellow I met and all I have is the pictures he emailed to me ... He is wanting to know about the blue / white ones ... looks to maybe be several types .... I know the pictures aren't the best for ID ... but if I could get a educated guess and a close value like a ... dime each or penny each ... that would be great ... as he wants to sell them to me .... like I already don't have enough marbles I am trying to figure out ....

Are the older marbles that have several chips from use over the years on them have any value to them ??? I have a couple dozen of them that aren't to bad , but do have wear chips .... and just not sure what to do with them .... The big one measures just a little over 1 1/2 inches ....

LOOK INTO THE EYE .........

I would put all except the middle one in with my Vitro All-Reds. (Not saying that they're Vitro -- only that I have never been sure enough to try to sort them).

I'd put the middle in with MK.

I believe I see the pattern distinction that sclsu is making and maybe there is grounds for that. Those that he has marked with an M could surely fit in a Marble King bag. However, I would like to see several photos of Vitro bags before I would say they could not also fit in a Vitro bag.

Getting a little bit trickier since I see a few not quite the same types stuck in there on the bottom.

I think you're pretty safe. The one I'd like to see another photo of is the yellow with the red loop on the bottom. . The red loop probably means newer, but I'd still like to see more views of it.

But all the speckles. And the irridescent ones ... yeah modern.

..... if they're irridescent with a banana inside, that _might_ be worth a little more.
