This is the Viareggio Carnival. Viareggio is an Italian city located in Tuscany, in the province of Lucca, known as an important seaside resort.

Then, there's also the carnival of Cento. ( Also known as the Carnival of Europe). Cento is an Italian municipality, more precisely a city in the province of Ferrara, in Emilia-Romagna. (This is beautiful too!)

Both take place punctually every year

Each carnival float represents its own story, so to speak..
