This brings up the topic, to sell or not to sell? Not just these on this post but anything and everything. Sell the small to get the big ones. Seems like those are the most collectible and having 1 inch diameter marbles on display would look amazing.

I’m getting close to what I think is collectible in my collection so far. What sucks is the amount of modern cats eyes, etc..in the auctions I’ve been to when I only want the vintage ones. It’s like you have to pay for 5 pounds of cats eyes for every 1 pound of actual vintage collectible marbles. Like 1 jar full of collectible and 10 jars of junk.

Interesting. Not sure what it is then. It was in a bag with other vintage marbles. Lord knows I’ve gotten plenty of what I think are basic modern cats eyes. Bummer.

I think those giant green ones are Jabos after more research.

Wow! Didn’t even realize! I just don’t have the eye yet. My last haul I noticed some of the colors on the peerless patches and had to buy the lot. Figured there be some more goodies.
