Very busy on formatting The Kro newsletter for multiple email vendors and mobile/desktop/tablet versions. Some of these types have oxblood

The one inch or approximate types are not the same opal base as these types specifically named 'sky blue' oxblood by collectors. It is essentially an opal onyx oxblood or however you want to say it. Most of this type have more white and blue coverage over the opal base and the oxblood is on the surface. ... and most were fractured and not packaged for wholesale. I have three versions and this is the only I have seen with intenal oxblood. Here's another view .. I don't like this picture which is why I didn't post it.

this is an Akro cardinal red. call it a slag if you want but it is a cardinal red as defined by Akro.

I didn't say anything about why or why not Akro used carbon. I simply stated the grooves in the carbon cups were not what formed a corkscrew. this is not my opinion. This is fact straight patent documents explaining the machine parts in detail from the inventor who was not Akro or an employee of Akro. The grooves were carved randomly in cups yes... just to aid in keeping the molten flow from splashing right out. All this happened in less than a second. All I stated was... the grooves did not cause a gob to form a spiral pattern. That is fact. I explaing how the carbon cups were attched to the cam arm. I even showed patent pictures in a post above. 6 set screws held a plate the secured the cup via a groove around its base to the cam arm. This is clearly pictured and described in a patent image I posted above. There really is zero speculation on it. The patent also states... cups may or may not have grooves. So I'm inputting what I have researched for a long time. I won't bother sharing those things again. By the way, I'm leaving Rogers after 3 days here again and I mentioned to him people don't believe the oxblood spirals and ribbons like the two I posted here are Akro and he laughed. They're all dug and very few exist making them pretty rare. They're real, they're Akro. I don't post fake stuff. I do expose fake stuff though.. fake Akro stuff. I don't speculate. Some things can not be proved, but what can be should certainly be accepted and not discarded and guessed at.

tricolor specials

I don't know what you mean. These types are pretty well known and not many were found. I apologize for posting so many that haven't been seen before.. but I don't collect many common types. Anyway, have a super friday. I'll post some nice tricolor specials and tight line spirals later that are not dug.

This guide you bookmarked provides incorrect information. Many of those 'names' were never used by Akro at all.

I don't believe Ric said they weren't Akro. I don't think he diagrees. These are pretty well known, dug in Clarksburg examples. My friend Roger dug the the one with the white outer ribbon. Maybe it was Claudia.. I'm not sure.. I'll ask her next week. Too many irons in the fire right now.. but I assure you, I would never post any marble calling it Akro if it were not.

This is for Ric... told him I would post a pic of this marble which is Akro... that was doubted a few weeks back when Clifford H. sold one for 500 or so FB. $500 was a steal. They exist.
