  1. If the information is freely available online then it is not cheating. Then you are doing research which is smart. Smarter not harder! Thank you for the warm welcome~
  2. Although it took many years for these blessings to reach the family of Larry Castle, rest assured that they are. I will show this page to my mom and brothers. Thank you so much for the kind (and honest) words. I'm looking at you, Lloyd Huffman, ie my dad's frienemy. Your relationship with my dad is still a discussion point at the family dinner table. I am grateful for your tribute. My dad would have been delighted by it.
  3. I looked up Master Marbles in one of my dad's books. I took some pictures of what I believe is relevant information.
  4. I prefer handmade. I am also extremely biased by the fact my dad made marbles by hand. I grew up watching him make marbles. I even helped make a few of them. Fun fact! Larry Castle loved handmade clay and porcelain marbles. His favorite marbles in his collection were clay and porcelain marbles dating back to the B.C.s!
  5. I sometimes forget how well known my dad was in the marble world. It is nice to know he's not been forgotten.
  6. I'm here because I want to see more of the marble world my dad loved. Some of you might of heard of him! My dad was Larry Castle. He wrote some marble books, made marbles, and polished them. I inherited some of his personal collection and some of his handmade. I am not an expert by any means, so please don't expect me to know anything about marbles.
