No expert but the blue base should be opaque with no clear. Should also have black aventurine. 

After a bit of research, I reckon it is a Blue Sky since it lacks any clear. 
 

Open minded to more opinions tho 😁

Thank you Fire1981. I think you maybe mean Heaton, which I hadn’t considered but should have. 
 

Now my question is does light shine through the Blue Sky or Robin Egg when backlit? Because these are both translucent when backlit.

Yeah I see that kinda stuff all the time with marbles.  People will say a marble is anything to sell it. I saw a bag of like 3 Asian cat eyes and a couple Jabo for 80 bucks in an antique store a couple weeks ago. Labeled as rare antique marbles in a locked display case. 😆
