  1. Here are some better quality photos showing the seam of the marble better. Sorry it took me so long to finally get around to. Lots of marbles being photographed. I have over 20,000 photos that ive literally processed through my background removal app saved into my phone right now. I deleted 14,000 photos 2 weeks ago. I stay busy this phone has been an incredible investment.
  2. Ive never seen a vitro quite like this. Also one seam seems to have that "jagged" shear mark that cac is typically known for having with an angular shear seam on the other side that they typically have with their 2 seam style mibs.
  3. I wish I could find some marbles like this for a bargain within a large lot.
  4. Marble on the right is more valuable however both of them both have some serious value.
  5. Those little rough looking spots are referred to as pontils. Thats the spot the marble was taken off of the rod called a punty that they gather the molten glass with. They then shaped the marble with steel mold and once they were satisfied they twisted it off the punty rod usually creating that pontil mark. Sometimes they would melt that rough spot for a nicer finish
  6. Both very nice Germans! You got into some nice old mibs buddy
  7. Thats actually a handmade German marble buddy. Its an as made defect. Given the rarity based of the condition of the rest of the marble i dont think that small imperfection will have that large of an impact on the overall desireablility of the marble.
  8. You think maybe CAC? That's what the seams resemble a lot like to me
  9. However ive never seen any Akro like that. I think that would have to be up to your preference.
