MFC, Akro and Greiner made bricks. Not CAC.
I did not know that thank you for the information that makes it a lot easier to narrow things down.

The 1st one appears to be some kinds silver Mica possibly German Swirl. The oxblood marble looks very expensive incredible condition and ultra desireable characteristics. From my understanding usually distinguishing between the 2, for MFC, the tail on the 9 tends to wrap around the marble longer than CAC and CAC tends to tuck their tails sooner and that can usually help you decide between the 2. However I can't really tell looking at the pics for sure I will look again.

I wanna say jabo but idk this one's a tough one for me it almost has a corkscrew style and jabo sometimes shows that characteristic. Then again it somewhat appears to have 2 seams. I would think jabo or akro or possibly Peltier. You will have to get some more info from a fellow member. What size is the marble? Pretty cool

Akro patch--agreed--are those sparkles of AV in the black?
Very cool if so.
Marble--On!!
That's a huge possibility but I am not 100% I'm going to find it and light it up again to find out for sure.

Well---- this is my response--I respect all opinions and hope to see some more.
These are "Beach" marbles that were found in either in one of the Great Lakes or an Ocean---on the beach.
Cool find!
Marble--On!!
I had thought about that but it just feels like they may have all came together in a bag of marbles they are all the same size and have the same feel to them. It's pretty hard for me to distinguish between a frosted marble and an eroded marble when in the hand. I haven't had enough certain frosted marbles

1st one is likely a Catseye. That 2nd one looks pretty awesome some sort of oxblood marble its either very old or a jabo. That 3rd marble is pretty awesome, That's a cac or mfc slag with a killer 9 & Tail. Don't see as many blue ones. 4&5 look like painted clays.

Almost would think to say jabo on some of these. I have a feeling these guys probably get mistaken for jabo often since they weren't around for very long. Very cool to know thank you!
