Looks more foreign to me. But maybe peltier or master. Likely a foreign sparkler or whispler

1st marble is around 21/32" 2nd marble ⅝" 

Both are ⅝" very cool colors

Because of that, these types can be hard to ID, but I will go waaay out on a limb and guess that it's a mangled Akro corkscrew. And while a proper ID might be of interest to some folks, it will likely not change its collectible value, regardless.

I just checked it and the dark orange is sightly transparent loaded with bubbles. However the dark spot is solid black.

They are all around ⅝" besides the black and red marble that is 3rd to last. That one is 21/32"
