    That Master loaf really took off. Almost $6000? because of the blue patch? Ive seen these go for like $1000. The strike is really good though? anyone care to elaborate?

    i would think it was the blue. white is normal, and there's green .. orange .. a tannish ... a man from il. has what is believed the best know examples of all the comics. the rarest .. his grandmother packaged them .. :happy-857: ... bill

    I believe the Peltier ID may have been wrong.

    oh, i know it was wrong galen .. but what a blooper for morphy's .. marble i.d. experts to make. and who paid this amount for the marble ??? all of mine from alan never came close to this price. none ... wonder if any of morphy's people ever come here and see what collectors think of their tactics ?? .. :character-smileys-238: ........... bill

    These are sort of cool but it is Unbelievable how well a good artists name can make sales. Melted scraps for the same price as these!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPKKQnijnsM And a lot of his stuff is on par with Mathews. Some things just make no sense to me.

    well ... good artists get the label because they make .. good art . people know their name. seems natural they receive .. good money .. for their efforts. what's unbelievable about that ? maybe more self-promotion on the other artist's will get him-her out there to be on par .. :music-rocker-001: .. bill

    paul .. downloaded photoscape .. and i find this program much easier than photoexplosion on many points. still in the initial .. trial and error .. mode and trying to find the solid backgrounds. your site is exceptional ... thanks for the direction ... bill

    My name is Jeff Wichmann and Sami Armin together run American Marble Auctions. I'm wondering why I have to read this in a forum of marble collectors instead of you simply emailing me and taking care of like any other collector would? As we pointed out in our rules we offer a full refund with postage paid there and back. There's no need to air your dirty laundry before talking to me. I was out Friday and my secretary wasn't putting you off, she was simply telling you I wasn't there. Just send the marbles back and I'll make sure we get you paid up immediately. I wonder why someone would bother to spend the money to clean a $20 marble but don't worry, your valuable investment will be taken care of. I've been doing auctions for over 20 years and am not aware of any unhappy customers.

    hmmmm .... still haven't received a responce as to .. why .. my multiple registrations weren't accepted, and with the condecinding responce you just gave concerning a legitimate problem," dirty laundry" .. " valuable investment" , remark , don't be concerned about my registration. heck, every board has had remarks about morphy's auction done in the public forum. alan had his mistakes brought forth ... why should your venture be any differant jeff ? people spend hard earned money at auction and .. most want to be informed about the reliablility of the situation. bill
