You're confusing me. This marble has an opaque base and so do Type IV Tiger Eyes and All Reds, including this one.
It looks transluscent (or see-through) to me somehow. I get confused with Vitros, I'm sorry.

If it was a Tiger Eye it would be a Type IV - Type III are veneered on a transparent base.
But FWIW, I think it's a new style All Red and not a Tiger Eye - the red is just more orange on this one.
It doesn't look that the base is opaque so it will not be a Type 4, so All Red sounds right.

Yes....my bad here
That's alright, we're here to learn. I think it is a Vitro Tiger Eye Type 3.

It looks like an Alley from St. Mary's to me.

I'll bet it was a looker in it's day. Alley or Ravenswood is my guess, it's hard to see detail through the wear.
Thanks @Ric

Yes, it's a game marble. I am not sure about AV - I don't see any sparkle. It may just be some excess colorant that precipitated out of the glass mixture.
Thanks @Ric

Yes, I noticed differences with the solid color marbles, I grouped them by colors before but I mixed them all up again and displayed in a gumball machine.
