  1. They won't be coming to work with me anymore. My uncle took out his wallet. 😔
  2. Someone thinks on Facebook that these German machine mades were produced between world wars for a few years with the help of someone that worked for CAC.
  3. Talked with a collector and he seems to think it's a German machine made from 1925-1939. The first I've seen.
  4. The first two marbles are grandpamarble's. You talking about mine? Or all 3?
  5. Uh..oh. Looks like we have another dilemma. This thread's about to take on a life of it's own. Unlike James T. Kirk, I love mysteries. What is it and are the first two pictures of the thread CAC?
  6. What's your opinion of this one, Carowill? It's almost .7 mint It almost looks like colors of glass are sinking into the middle of the marble if my eyes aren't tricking me. Is this a good example? Love your expertise on CACs 😊
  7. What do you know about Submarine CAC marbles? I saw a couple on Grandpamarble's and they were 600 and 900 with the 600 one being sold. Are they supposed to be that high? Both 5/8. Thanks
  8. That's right Fire, every time I look at it I see my cat's eye! 🤪
  9. Yes, I grabbed the first two. They have excellent size, no flaws, very attractive and a great deal. The one that looks like a cub-scout is a little higher. I haven't gotten that one. All by the same seller. 1930s is a long time ago.
  10. For some reason I like the blue/yellow better. It's a larger cub-scout MCS. I'm not finding any like that.
  11. I'm excited that this is an Akro Agate Imperial. Saw one that stood out a while back that was listed as an oxblood. I think it was about .80 with micro bubbles. Cool... Found this: https://www.allaboutmarbles.com/viewtopic.php?t=52483 They start talking about Akro Imperials by the 10th reply.
  12. .79 Definitely Akro The Carnelian envelopes the oxblood on both sides. (thin lines) Has anyone seen this type of marble?
  13. Quite impressive, Va...
  14. It's still an extremely beautiful marble, Parmcat, and a keeper. The bubbles adds to it's beauty. Worthy part of a collection.
  15. It is, congratulations 🎊 👏 💐 Akro
